The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) on October 03, 2026, has prescribed the procedure for filing the Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) for the quarter ending September 30, 2026. The filing will be considered complete only after the promoter updates achievements against the physical and financial targets and uploads supporting photographs/videos, followed by digital signing and submission of the Architect, Engineer and Chartered Accountant (CA) Certificates through the project-specific link. The certificates must be submitted in the prescribed order: Architect, followed by Engineer and then CA.
Promoters are required to generate the certificate submission link after completing the project progress details and use the DSC-enabled system for digital signing. The Architect, Engineer and CA Certificates must all be digitally signed and submitted, and PDF copies should be downloaded for records. The QPR will not be treated as complete if only the progress details are filled or only one or two certificates are submitted; all prescribed steps must be completed for each registered project.
